What shipping options are available on Cyclicalind.com?

We offer the following delivery options:

  • Standard Ground, (5-7 business days)
    You can expect your order to arrive within 5-7 full working days. 
    Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.
  • Express, (3 business days) You can expect your order to arrive within 3 full business days.

 

How can I check an order that I placed on Cyclicalind.com?

Once we have received your order on Cyclicalind.com, we will send you a confirmation email, with order details, that can be printed from your computer. 

 

I have already confirmed an order. Can I cancel or change it?

Unfortunately, once your order has been processed and confirmed, it is not possible to change or cancel it prior to dispatch.

 

How to track the status of my order?

Once we have shipped your order, you will receive an email update with shipping details and a USPS tracking number. You may follow the link in the email to check the estimated arrival of your order.

 

What is Cyclical Industry’s return policy?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, Cyclical Industry accepts returns or exchanges in its original and unworn condition within 14 days of the delivery date as shown on the packing slip. (in store: purchase date on the original receipt)  Your return will be refunded in the form of store credit.  At this time, we do not offer refund. All customized or modified items are FINAL sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

 

How can I get my jewelry repaired?

For repairs of goods purchased in store or online, please contact our designer via email     cyclicalind@gmail.com.  All repairs must be accompanied with the original sales receipt.

  

How can I make returns or exchanges?

    You can send the item back to us at the address below using any trackable shipping method, at your expense.

    Once we receive your package, we will promptly process an exchange or issue a refund in accordance with this policy.  Please be certain to insure the package.  The original shipping fees are non-refundable.  However, if we sent you the wrong item or a defective item, delivery costs will be our responsibility.

    Cyclical Industry gift cards are available for purchase at the store or online.

     

    How can I use my Cyclical Industry gift card to make a purchase?

    Cyclical Industry Gift Cards are redeemable for merchandise either online or in-store. Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash. 

     

    Does Cyclical Industry offer Gift wrapping?

    Yes. We offer complimentary gift wrapping. Simply check the gift wrap box before you add an item to your shopping cart.

     

    May I replace a lost or stolen Cyclical Industry gift card?

    Gift cards are treated as cash and are not replaceable.  We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced gift cards.
